Refund Policy

At GameStrong Academy, powered by the Nine2 Ninety2 Foundation, we want every family to feel confident in their decision to join. That’s why we offer a 30-day risk-free guarantee for all new memberships.


1. 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee

If you don’t see meaningful progress in your child’s focus, discipline, or connection within the first 30 days, simply contact us at rob@gamestrongacademy.com and we’ll issue a full refund. No questions asked.


2. Refund Eligibility

  • Requests must be submitted within the first 30 days of your initial enrollment.
  • Refunds apply to the first month’s payment only. Subsequent months are billed as part of your ongoing membership.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email rob@gamestrongacademy.com with:

  • Your name
  • The email address associated with your account
  • The reason for your request (optional)

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and returned to the original payment method.


5. Beyond 30 Days

After the 30-day window, no refunds will be issued. You may cancel your membership at any time to prevent future billing.
